Why Citizen Funding Matters

American PACT is not backed by political action committees, corporate donors, or party organizations. That is by design. A movement built to return government to ordinary citizens must itself be funded by ordinary citizens — transparently, accountably, and without obligation to outside interests.

As our supporter base grows, so does our need to sustain and expand this platform. Maintaining a professional web presence, reaching citizens across social media, and building the infrastructure for a national grassroots movement all require resources. We intend to meet that need through the collective commitment of the people who believe in this cause.

The $1 Membership — More Than a Donation

The $1 membership fee is not primarily a fundraising tool. It is a counter — a way to document the number of citizens who stand behind this movement. When American PACT approaches state officials seeking ballot access and certification, the number of paid members is a political fact that cannot be ignored.

The anticipated amount is approximately $1.12 to $1.15, which includes a modest payment processing fee for credit and debit cards. Every member who contributes is counted, recorded, and represented.

Voluntary Additional Support

For those who wish to do more, American PACT will accept voluntary contributions to support the operational costs of building and sustaining this movement — maintaining our digital platform, expanding outreach, and organizing at the local level.

To preserve the integrity and independence of American PACT, individual contributions are capped as follows:

These limits are not required by law at our current organizational stage — they are a voluntary commitment to ensure that no single donor can exert undue influence over the direction of this movement.

This option is not yet available. Contribution processing will be established once legal review is complete. We will announce when this is ready.

The Supporter Pledge

Every person who contributes to American PACT — whether $1 or more — affirms the following:

"I support American PACT's mission of establishing congressional term limits and returning government to ordinary citizens. My contribution is made in support of that mission only. I am not contributing to influence American PACT toward any partisan political agenda, candidate, party, or cause beyond the singular goal of term limits and citizen-led government. I understand that contributions made with the intent to redirect this movement will be declined or returned."

This pledge protects every supporter, every volunteer, and the movement itself. It ensures that American PACT remains what it was founded to be — nonpartisan, citizen-led, and focused on one clear goal.

When contributions open, you will find two options here:

Our Commitment to Transparency

Every dollar contributed to American PACT will be accounted for and reported to our supporters. We are committed to the following principles:

⚖️

Legal Compliance

All contribution methods will meet applicable federal and state legal requirements before launch.

🔍

Full Transparency

🏛️

No Outside Influence

American PACT will not accept funding from PACs, corporations, or partisan organizations.

🤝

Citizen Accountability

Financial oversight will be managed by trusted volunteers committed to the movement's integrity.

How Funds Will Be Used

Contributions will be directed toward the following priorities, in order:

  1. Sustaining and improving this website and digital platform
  2. Expanding our presence across social media channels
  3. Supporting outreach and education efforts at the local level
  4. Building the organizational infrastructure for a national citizen movement
  5. Compensating volunteers for their time and expenses as the movement grows

American PACT is built on the dedication of volunteers who are contributing significant personal time to this movement. As funding allows, volunteers will be compensated through a salary, hourly rate, or expense reimbursement arrangement, to be determined based on their role and the organization's financial position at that time.

The National Director has stated that he will not accept a salary or hourly compensation. His personal expenses directly related to PACT activities will be covered by the organization.
